This duration is guaranteed by the manufacturer with the power provided by the lithium battery, but in reality, I can only use it for a maximum of 50 minutes (maybe even less). This will disrupt households with large and dusty swimming pools.

Overall, customer reviews say this is a convenient product. Even though they are manufactured and researched in the US, they cannot satisfy 100% of customers.
Many people complain about the short usage time (less than 60 minutes) making it impossible to finish cleaning a pool larger than 800 ft sq. Instead, they are only suitable for small swimming pools and small amounts of dirt. A better choice is to choose more advanced industrial products whose operating time can be up to 2 hours such as Pro 900 or Pro 1500.

Besides, the time to fully charge Max is up to 4 hours - a very long time for you to do everything. Regarding the ability to clean and collect dirt on the swimming pool floor, they do quite well because of the multi-layer filter and you can reuse it to save operating costs.

Another drawback is that the box does not come with an extension arm. If you want to reach far locations in the lake, you need to buy an extension arm.
